金曜日の昼時11時50分に単身伺いました。
お店は「ヤマダデンキ LABI1」の５階のレストラン街にあります。
暖簾をくぐるとスタッフさんが迎えてくれます。
５席あるＬ字カウンターに案内されます。
店内は他に４人掛けのテーブル席が６つあります。
12時を過ぎる頃にはカウンターは満席、テーブル席はひとつだけ空いてる状態で、ほぼ満席になりました。
注文は「牛カツ御膳 (1,200円・税込)」です。
ご飯とみそ汁付きで、ご飯はお代わり自由です。
10分ほどで提供されます。
牛カツのお肉の色はピンク色で、いい頃合いに熱が通っているのがわかります。
衣が肉からはがれにくいのとカツがちゃんと油切りの網の上に乗っているのは好感が持てます。
「国産牛を使用」と書いてありますが、和牛とは違って小々お肉が固くて容易には噛み切れません…。赤身肉の肉々しさは感じられますが…。
「ソース・レモン・旨塩・からし・ワサビ」など、自分で好みの薬味を付けて食べることができます。ソースだとお肉の味が負けてしまうので、わさびや塩で食べるのが自分には合っています。
美味しい牛カツを頂きました。
