マル得みそラーメンとギョーザ(6個)とサービスライスと烏龍茶のランチセットを頼みました。
マル得みそラーメンの麺は中太の縮れ麺で、茹で加減はちょうど良く、喉越しは普通で、スープには適度に絡んでいました。
スープはしょっぱい系の味噌味で、ニンニクがガツンと効いていて、しょっぱさはちょうど良く、オーソドックスな感じでしたが良かったです。
トッピングチャーシューは炙りタイプでかなり薄く、味玉はパサパサ感が強めで、モヤシの量は良く、海苔は普通で、コーンと薬味のネギの量は少なめでした。
ギョーザは皮のモチモチ感とパリッと感があって美味しく、中の具の味付けもしっかりしていて美味しかったです。
サービスライスの量はちょうど良く、烏龍茶が付いているのは嬉しいサービスでした。
