夜だけ営業の「舞鶴」さんでシンプルにもりそばで締める。

殻付きアーモンドをつまみにだるまハイボールを楽しむこと十数分。もりそば到着。

更科っぽい白く細いそば。
しっかりと冷水でしめられていて、温度も最適で喉越しも良い。つけ汁は甘め。

おつまみも豊富なので、締めじゃなくて、最初のお店で訪問したい。
