平日の夜７時頃、お店に到着。
お客さんはそこそこいるが、満席では無い。
駐車場に車を停めて入店しようとしたら、お店の方がドアを開けて下さいました。
座席も間隔が開けてあり、さらにパーテーションもあるので感染対策はきちんとされている様で安心出来ます。
私は鴨そば、妻は白醤油を注文。
両方一見スープの色は近いです。
両方のスープを飲んだ印象は「ん？味が弱すぎない？」。
正直、「旨い！」ってレベルでは無かった。
鴨そばに付いているトリュフオイルを二口目にもう投入。オイルを入れてようやく食べられる印象に変わりました。白トリュフの香りがパスタのタヤリンを思い出させます。が、また再訪して食べたいと思える程では･･･
麺はどなたかが記載されていたパサパサ感は気にならない程度でしたが、スープの印象が弱すぎる。味変出来ない白醤油は特に致命的。妻は義務感のみで完食した様です。
サービスが良いお店だけに、また無化調なので高評価したいのだが、とても残念！
