以前、店の前を通り気になっていた店。
系列の焼肉屋も素晴らしかったので、ランチで訪れた。
休日の昼なので混み合っている。
食券を買って少し待つ。
10分程でカウンター席に案内される。
オーダーは醤油３種の中から紫を選択。
白は鴨と野菜、黒は鴨と煮干し、紫は鴨ベースに生姜。
少し待つと、まずは水餃子。
この店の名物。
大ぶりの餃子は餡もぎっしりで美味しい。
ノンアルコールビールを飲みながら頂く。
そして支那そばが出てくる。
まずスープから。
生姜が適度に効いたスープは確かに美味しい。
黒もシェアして食べたが、こちらも煮干しが適度に効いたスープ。
過剰さがない上品で美味しいスープだ。
麺はやや細めのノーマルな中華麺。
こちらもシンプルでこのスープに良く合う。
店内の雰囲気も店の方の対応も良く大満足。
また近くに来ることがあれば、寄って見よう。
