トアルコトラジャはキーコーヒーの一大ブランド。
香りとコクが抜群で、酸味がさわやかでまろやかな味わい。
これだけ旨い豆をしかも上手に焙煎して安定的な品質をだすのは
農園から育てる素晴らしい取り組みをしたキーコーヒーならではの豆。
サードウェーブコーヒーで飲める豆と比べてもより高いクオリティを感じる。
この喫茶店も単独の店としては悪いレベルではないのだが、
この商業施設のコンセプトからは違和感がある。
どんな人にどんなシーンで活用されるかがないのだ。
高崎駅からすぐの立地にあるYAMADA電機のLAVI-1館の５階。
飲食のフロアではあるが、どの店も僕の目から見ると面白いという店は無い。
目指して訪問するような店はどこにも見当たらない。
池袋のLAVIにも入っているようなので、
YAMADA電機の直営のカフェなんだろうか？
それにしてもこの飲食のフロア、コンセプトも全く統一されておらず。
単店毎に見ると力のある店もあるのかもしれないのですがそれも伝わってこない。
結局、バランス良くさまざまなフードを散らして構成してしまったというイメージは拭えない感じ。
このカフェレストも「お茶できるところがないとね。」というだけで作られたような感じで
取ってつけたような存在になり、僕が読み解ける総合的な存在の理由が今一つ見えてこない。
キーコーヒーは旨いコーヒー豆を提供してくれている。
居心地感を重視した重厚な内装。良い店ではあるのだが、総合的なフロアのレベル向上には寄与していない。
僕の目から見るとそれ以上でもなければそれ以下でもない。
