週末開店直後に突撃。
下戸お断りの貼り紙がしてあるのは、このご時世でなかなか逆行してる感あるけど酒好きの自分にはどこ吹く風。寧ろそれだけお店のこだわりみたいなのを感じて逆にそそられる。
名物のすじきもをはじめ、数種類の串とお新香、冷奴をオーダー。（お通しのキャベツ千切りもつまみとして堂々とした存在感。つけタレのおそらくは自家製のお味噌が絶品）
1本ずつ解説できるほどの語彙力は皆無なので、纏めて...
全部美味しい。丁寧に火入れされて、ちょうど良い味付け。個人的にはレバーが抜群に感動した。（本当全部美味しい前提なので申し訳ないけど）
そして、お酒を勧めるお店だけあって、ハマってしまったのがガリ酎。
自家製のガリとレモンに焼酎とソーダをミックス。これが何杯でもイケちゃう。（ガリ単体でおつまみとしてメニューにして欲しい←）店内の雰囲気や大将の人柄、提供してくれる料理とお酒。全てが極上で丁寧に提供されて堪らない一時でした。ご馳走様でした！また必ず伺います！
