金曜日の12時過ぎに到着。並ばず入れました。
高崎の有名老舗イタリアンに初訪問。
キングオブパスタという高崎のイベントでグランプリを取った品が三品。いずれもこのお店の名物のハーブ豚のカチャトラが楽しめるものです。
今日は、高原ハーブ豚のカチャトラ 特製ラザニアを注文。それに＋380円（税別）で、ピザ食べ放題を追加。計税込1,551円でした。
店内は広々としていて、落ち着いて食べられます。
10分ほどでラザニア到着。
自家製のホワイトソースと、カチャトラのトマトソース、それにミートソースが楽しめて、とても得した気分。いずれも美味しいですが、混ぜるともっと美味しい。ハーブ豚も、ハーブの香りが豚の旨味を引き立ててとても美味しい。さすが名物です。
ラザニアも、表面がカリッと焼き上げられていて快適な食感。ソースの下には、もちっとした食感のラザニアが隠れていて、こちらも二つの触感が楽しめます。
ピサは、コーン、ソーセージ、サラミ、ソフトサラミ、キノコ、それにデザートのマンゴーソースと生クリームのピザを食べました。デリバリーしてくれるのを選択する形式。こちらもなかなか美味しかったです。
値段も手頃だし、三種のグランプリメニューを制覇したいです^_^
