高崎インターの近くで夕食
テレビでも何度か紹介されていたお店
高崎独特のパスタ文化があるようですね
とにかく、お店の外観が派手でびっくり。
20時過ぎの入店でしたが
ラストオーダーは21時とのこと。
店内はガラガラ。えっ？
週末のこの時間でこの感じは少し驚きます。
こちらはスープパスタの
ベスビオと言う、ペスカトーレのスープ版
が一番人気のようなのでそれを注文
サラダバーもつけました。
サラダバーはありきたりのものラインナップ
レタス トマト きゅうり コーン
ポテトサラダ マカロニサラダ
人参ラベ 海藻ぐらい
ベスビオは大きめのお皿になみなみと盛られてます。
唐辛子も何本も入っていて
辛いのかな？と思いましたが、ほとんど辛味は
ありません。魚介の出汁が効いて美味しいスープ
パスタは細麺でフォークに巻きづらいくらいツルツル。
普通に美味しいけど
こぞって絶賛する程度かしら？
店員さんの対応もあっさりしてて
親切さは感じられませんでした。
