高崎市筑縄町の『麦とろと溶岩焼 おぼろ家』に行って来ました。
レアの牛カツの画を見てしまい、どーしても食べたくてしかたがない（笑）
ということで、高崎にゴーゴーよ☆
開店時間の10分前くらいに到着して、お店の外観を撮っていたら時間前ですがオープンしました☆
靴を脱いで上がるスタイルです。
食べるものは決まっていて
私は生ハラミ牛かつ麦とろ御膳、相方は牛もつ鍋膳です。
『生ハラミ牛かつ麦とろ御膳』2,100円（税込）
メニュー名に「生」の文字がある通り、牛カツのハラミ肉がレアです☆
このレアの肉を食べたかったのです。
衣はサックリ揚がっているのに肉は生ってスバラシイ（笑）
最初は塩と山葵で味わい、麦飯を掻き込む。
特製のソースも美味しく、麦飯が進みますね☆
さらに、とろろでも麦飯が進み、うっかり麦飯＆とろろをお代わりしてしまいました（笑）
ちなみに麦飯ととろろはお代わり自由です。
食べなきゃ損損、食べたら血糖値上がるの究極の選択でした（爆）

本当は牛タンの溶岩焼きが食べたかったようですが･･･
先日、牛タンを1本仕入れてあって夕飯に食べる予定なのでコチラにしたそうです（笑）
甘みのある牛モツとコクと旨味のスープは肌寒いこの日にはピッタリでした☆
全体的にややお高めの価格設定は麦飯ととろろが食べ方題だからでしょうか。
たくさんお代わりすれば安いかも☆
