[Carefully selected ingredients x grated yam and barley rice] ◆ Infection prevention measures are in place ◆ Enjoy high-quality meat!
We use only carefully selected ingredients such as domestic Wagyu beef, Joshu Barley Pork, a brand of pork that Joshu is proud of, and high-quality Yamato potatoes sourced from contracted farmers! Ple |
I had been curious about Oboroya, but I'd never come across any Beef Cutlet that were that tasty so I wasn't interested and never had a chance to go. However, a colleague of mine wanted to go so I gave it a go♪ The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere and we were shown to a table for four. We sat down and ordered a combination set meal of Beef Cutlet and beef skirt cutlet. The food was served in less than 20 minutes. A few years ago I was taken to a Beef Cutlet called "Iroha" in Tokyo, and when the food came out I was surprised! The side dishes and everything else were very similar lolꉂꉂ(ˊᗜˋ*)ʬʬ The taste was good, but the meat was very rare with the thin batter that is unique to Beef Cutlet, the skirt steak cutlet was also very rare, and it came with grated yam from Gunma Prefecture, barley rice, salad, potato salad and miso soup♡ You could have as much grated yam, rice and drinks as you wanted All of this was only 3,500 yen, so it's cheap, but I can't help but think that tonkatsu is the Pork Cutlet pairing with rice(¯∇¯٥) I suppose it doesn't go well with rice, but maybe it just doesn't suit meꉂ(*ノ∀`)ʱªʱªʱª I would like to try something other than Beef Cutlet next time( ゚∀゚)ahaha
