[Carefully selected ingredients x grated yam and barley rice] ◆ Infection prevention measures are in place ◆ Enjoy high-quality meat!
We use only carefully selected ingredients such as domestic Wagyu beef, Joshu Barley Pork, a brand of pork that Joshu is proud of, and high-quality Yamato potatoes sourced from contracted farmers! Ple |
I went here because I wanted to eat beef cutlet. I went there just after lunch, and there were two groups waiting. (2 people, 2 people) and we were the third. (3 people) We waited for about 40 minutes, and the third or fourth group paid the bill, and the first group was called. In the end, we were seated about an hour later. It seemed like the kitchen was run almost by himself, and there were about five students who looked like part-timers in the dining area. However, everyone seemed to be pretty spaced out, and it seemed like they were waiting for instructions from the owner who was cooking in the kitchen. Not only was the drink bar out of juice, there were no glasses, and there were no children's dishes either, so the family who had come looked very dissatisfied. (Although the family stayed for a long time, drinking from the drink bar, like they were at a family Family restaurant.) So, about 30 minutes after ordering, the food arrived. The beef cutlet and Steak were pretty tasty, but the princess meal? thing was a miss. Cow tongue was soft, but I thought it was not that great for the price. Although it is an all-you-can-eat restaurant with grated yam and barley rice, the grated yam was a little bland (although I think it would be nice if there was dashi soy sauce at the table), and the rice wasn't very tasty either. There were quite a few things on the menu that made me want to drink alcohol, but if it's like that at lunch, I don't think I'll go there at night either, because I don't think they'll give me any alcohol or food at all. Anyway, I think they should train their staff more.
