高崎にある居酒屋。
高崎駅から徒歩圏内にある日本酒の専門店だ。
店内は見えない状態で扉を開けるのでちょっと気合が必要だが扉を開ける。
店内はカウンター5席、テーブル3卓だろうか？
あと入口すぐには立ち飲みスペースになっているようだ。
このお店は日本酒を、60ml 90ml 180mlで出してくれる。
メニューを見る。
日本酒はかなりの量がある。
おおよそ60種類くらいだろうか？
同じ銘柄でもスペック違いで何種類もあったりとかなりのこだわりようだ。
迷うところだが、マスターにおすすめを選んでもらえば万事解決。
こういうこだわりのあるお店はそれに限るのではないかと思う。
出されたのはにいだしぜんしゅ。
農薬はもちろん化学肥料も使わないで育てられた自然米を使う。
そういった環境配慮をしているお酒だったはず。
このお店はそういった取り組みをしている酒蔵を応援しているようだ。
お酒のアテにすぐ出そうな以下をオーダー。
〇炙り明太子（450円）
5切れほどになったら明太子。
表面を軽くあぶってあり、あてに最適。
〇自家製鶏チャーシュー（450円）
肉厚な鶏チャーシュー。
ジューシーで旨味がある。
こちらもあてに良い。
日本酒好きなマスターは酒のことなら何でも話してくれる。
なかなか好みがはっきりしているので合うか合わないかは人それぞれだろう。
ただ合えば間違いなく楽しいお店。
自分はなかなか楽しめた。
また群馬に立ち寄った際には訪問したいな。
