前橋のスタイリッシュ居酒屋 龢が手がける、高崎の隠れ家出来る和食店。
開店直後に訪問して以来の、久しぶりの再訪問。
明かりを抑えたスタイリッシュな雰囲気は龢同様。
前回は確か単品注文であったが、今回はコース。
碗物が入ったり、龢より会席を意識した料理構成。
すき焼きはトリュフを掛け、華やかな香りと脂身の甘さを引き立たせたすき焼き。
しっかりとした和食より、洒落たお店でワインを飲みながら和食を食べたい。
そんなニーズにピッタリのモダン和食。
