高崎市の煮干拉麺小烏丸へ。
メニューは煮干ト鶏ノ中華そば(黒)、煮干ト鶏ノ中華そば(白)、そのトッピングメニューと和え玉(黒or白)がレギュラー。限定メニューも数種用意されてます。食券機購入は中華そば白と和え玉白。
ほどなくして配膳された一杯。透き通ったスープが食欲をそそる一杯。チャーシューのピンクがまた美しいビジュアルです。
鶏の旨味がスッキリ、かつ豊潤な味わい。煮干の旨味も鶏ベースに寄り添う優しい味わい。エグミは皆無、ふわっふわの香りとともに、レンゲが進みます。中細ストレート麺は固すぎず、スープとの相性抜群。のど越しもよい美味な麺です。
極太メンマはしっとり、チャーシューは弾力があり、肉の旨さもしっかり楽しめます。
和え玉。刻み玉ねぎ、刻みチャーシュー、魚粉がトッピングされた一杯。中華そばより固め仕上げの麺が秀逸です。混ぜ混ぜ、そのままいただいても勿論美味、スープに浸してつけ麺としていただいても美味。
煮干ラーメンに和え玉は最強の組み合わせ、ごちそうさまでした。
