2番目をゲットしました。
オープンと同時に入店
煮干しの中華そばとあん肝の和え玉をセレクト
店主さんやスタッフさんの動きを見てると届きました。
細麺に、手の込んだスープ、チャーシューは3種類。手間のかかっていることを考えるととてもリーズナブルだと思います。
和え玉のタレはコクがあって、美味しかったです。
ラーメンの概念を覆すような感じでした。
経験できて良かったです。
