高崎市にある百名店の『中華蕎麦 鳴神食堂』さんにお邪魔しました♪記帳制とのことなので9時30分ごろに行ったのですがなんと60人記帳済！仕方なく13時からの枠に記入して高崎観光。
他の口コミを見ると柴崎亭の系譜らしいです。

スッキリとした醤油ベース。牡蠣で出汁をとっているらしく旨みも後からくる感じです♪細麺との相性ばっちり！レンコンが具で入ってるのは珍しい。
和え玉はあん肝がどっさり乗っていて濃厚な味わい^ ^ 少しそのまま食べた後に残ったスープへダイブ。また違う味わい濃厚でまろやか♪
