On my way back from a business trip to Takasaki, I decided to look for a store since I had some time until the Shinkansen. There is a zone in front of the station where restaurants are concentrated, but since they are all the ones I see often, I look for ones I don't know about. I randomly entered the place I found, but this place was pretty close! As the name Uma◯ suggests, Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that mainly serves horse meat. You take off your shoes and are led to a private room. Order by mobile order. Only sake is available through a buzzer system. For now, I'll take Premol. I didn't know there was a factory in Gunma. . That's why I felt it was delicious. What you ordered. ★Masumori~Horse meat~ 299 yen ★Horse meat Sukiyaki 1,530 yen ★Broiled horse tongue 870 yen ★Bibimbap 870 yen ★Sakura Yukhoe Sushi First up is horse sashimi on a masu. I thought it was a small amount, but it actually contains 5.6 slices. This is enough! On the table, there is soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and spicy miso specially made for horse sashimi, so you are fully prepared for preparing horse sashimi! It's quite a value product, but the meat quality is good and it's quite cost-effective. Gunkan of horse meat yukhoe is a popular dish of yukhoe made into a warship. The sauce is well balanced and delicious. The seaweed makes the whole thing look neat, so I recommend Gunkan! Salt-grilled horse tongue has a unique flavor, unlike beef or pork. There is a lean part and a fatty part, and you can enjoy the difference between each and it is delicious. This time, I chose horse meat Sukiyaki as my main dish. I ordered a single serving, but it was perfectly Sukiyaki! Now 1500 yen is too cheap. A system where horse meat is added at the end of the pre-set Sukiyaki set. It seems that if you cook it too much, it will become hard, so I decided to make it this way. After all, Sukiyaki is delicious. A taste of happiness. Finishing off with udon is perfect! The stone-grilled bibimbap, which I really wanted to try, was very well made and I highly recommend it! I also enjoyed some cream soda, and at the end I had Gunma's sake, Tanigawadake, and was able to spend some relaxing time with my colleagues in a private room. I had forgotten the time, and before I knew it, it was the last minute! It was 1 minute to the station so it was okay!
