2014年3月某日・・・。
みどり市にある東邦病院の道路を挟んで向かいに
あるステーキ専門店。
『ステーキ匠』さんのお弁当をいただきます。
■ステーキ弁当 2,500円
・推定150gの和牛ステーキ
・ステーキソース
・サラダ
・漬け物
・ごはん
・・・と、いたってシンプルな構成のお弁当。
ステーキといっても使っているお肉の種類や
焼き方で大きく変わってきますが、
結構いいお肉を使っていると推察いたします。
お弁当ですから食べるタイミングや季節などによっても
その味わいは異なってきますが、
冷えても柔らかく、脂が白く固まってしまうようなことも
なかったので美味しくいただくことができました。
