群馬県玉村にやってきました。なんでしょうこの村は。田舎の農地を虫食い状態で開発した感じで、非常に残念な村ですね。都市計画というものを徹底的に無視して、雑然と開発した感じが出ています。もっと計画的に都市整備を進めていたなら、今頃は群馬県金玉市になっていたことでしょう。残念です。
個人的に嫌いな苗字ランキングでは、一文字苗字・関根・田村・吉田・堀口・太田なのですが、なんと当麺店は「田むら」笑。すごい偶然ですね！うどん屋さんがこんな田舎にポツンと構えているのに、なんともお客さんが来ているのですよ。うどん屋あるあるですが、店に入ると公民館のような雰囲気で、新型コロナ対策も徹底しています。これは安心ですね。
肉うどんをいただきます。スープは和風だしを生かしたものでした。こういう電動文化をどう次代に引き継いでいくかが重要な機会になりつつあります。黙っていてもうどんは出てきません。注文しないとダメですね。玉村は小麦の産地でもあります。玉村で生まれ育った者には、小麦の名産地でしか味わえない味覚が染みついてます。だからそうした追憶のうどんが食べられる、玉うどんは本当に貴重ですね！美味しかったのでまた訪問したいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
