久しぶりに『田むら』さんにお邪魔しました。
変わらず良心的な値段で営業されてました。
「肉汁うどん 大盛」をオーダーしましたがオーダーした後で、かき揚げ丼がつくセット「肉汁うどん定食」にすれば良かったと後悔しました。
それはさておき、何回か行っていただいていた割には書き込みをしてなかったことに今日気付きました。
麺は「ツルツル」「シコシコ」この感想しか思い当たりませんが、まさしくそうなんです。太めでもなく細めでもなくバランスの良いコシと固さ、けっして固いわけでもなく柔らかいわけでもなくツルツルの食感。見事な仕上がりです。
ここまで打ち上げるまでのご苦労に感謝して、大盛りでも600円ほどの肉汁うどん、けっして飾らず、美味しくうどんを味わうお店です。汁も「きのこ汁」か「肉汁」かしかないですけど、うどん好きにはオススメしたい店です。
