群馬の名店もつ煮屋さんやっと訪問出来ました
土曜日16時半到着
店内飲食は14時位で終了のようで、それ以降はお土産のみで営業されています
＜もつ煮2人前1000円＞
たっぷり700g位あるのでボリュームたっぷりで、ネギ付きなのが嬉しい
もつ煮は冷蔵で約一か月、ネギは3日位の賞味期限でした
こちらのお店のもつ煮は、大根や人参、こんにゃく等は入っていないスタイルで、もつのみなんだそうです
汁っケはあまりなく、もつが非常に柔らかかったですね
これは定食にして食べたいですね
