今回は嫁とではなく、仕事で新伊勢崎に行った際に訪問しました。
場所は新伊勢崎駅から少し離れたところにある繁華街の中央部。素敵な外観が印象的な地元の人気店、山海酒房 あかね屋さんです( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
同店は店名にもある通り、群馬産の山の幸と築地直送の海の幸の両者が楽しめることがウリなんだとか。
さっそく地元の銘酒、赤城山と共に以下をオーダーしました(・∀・`)
①群馬産馬レバーの刺身９８０円
:牛よりも癖がなく、シャクッとした歯ごたえが印象的な一品。これは群馬でしか味わえない味だと思います(*´∀｀*)
②上州豚ヒレ肉の柔らか煮７５０円
：非常に柔らかく炊き上げられた上州豚。豚肉特有の風味も良く、大変美味でした！
③徳島産の活鱧の落とし１５８０円
：「自信あり」とのことで、あえてのオーダーです（笑 群馬でいただく鱧もオツなもんです( ´ ▽ ` )
④群馬産のトウモロコシのかき揚げ５８０円
：トウモロコシ自体の甘みの強さが格段に違います！！プレモルと共にいただいて幸せなひとときを過ごすことができました(*´д｀*)
個人的にはやはり群馬の地の素材を使った料理が際立って美味しかったです。
技術的にも非常に良いものを感じる名割烹。また新伊勢崎に行った際には伺いたいと思います！！
