席に通され、今日の限定メニューは売切れですと悲しい事実を告げられます。

カトラリーセットにはエプロンがついてます。
零しがちな無器用な人には嬉しいサービス♪
二人揃って最初からエプロン着用で配膳を待ちます。
最初にサラダ、ピクルス、ナムル。
のんびり啄んで待っていると、お待ちかねお肉の登場です。
それと、スープ、味噌汁、ごはん。
レギュラーハンバーグ
今回はおろしポン酢にしましたが、正直ハンバーグは玉葱ソースの方が良いかな。
まあまあ美味しいとは思います。

相方の食いつきが良かったので、美味しいのだと思います。
本人もそう言っています。
３度目の正直って言いますけど、そうですね、今回はいささか疑問が。
客足が戻ってきたのだと思います。
それは喜ばしいことです。
然し、サラダのドレッシングがかかりすぎとか、何故かお味噌汁の塩気が増量されているとか、
ライスが若干冷めているとか、ちょっと気になりました。
店員さんの応対が折り目正しくて丁寧なので、ちょっと残念だな、とは思いました。
次回に期待します。

個室で戴くお肉ランチ
ＧＷと言えば、何故かお肉のイメージ。
そうでなくても少し前に見た食べログの画像が頭に残っていて、
今日は待望のお肉ランチ♪
最初、読み方が分からなかった名前のお店、２度目の来店です。
予約していた旨伝えると、個室に通されます。
駐車場はそこそこ車が埋まっているのに、店内入ると割と静かで落ち着いた雰囲気です。
ファミリー向、というよりは大人向きなイメージですかね。
私は焼肉ミックスＡランチ、
連れは、ミックスグリルを選択。
焼肉にはナムル、ミックスグリルにはピクルス、其々にスープとサラダとドリンクが付いてきます。
先にサラダとナムル、ピクルス、ドリンク。
サラダを食べ終わり、三種のナムルを少しずつ、つまみます。
もやしのナムル、美味しい。
程なくしてメイン、ライス、一緒にスープも来ました。
焼肉、お肉の種類に札がついてます。
牛たん、カルビ、ハラミ、豚カルビ。
親切ですね。
盛り合わせで頼むと「これ何？」ってなるんですけど、これなら分かり易い。
正直、ピートロも食べたかったんですが、メニューに追加、というオプションはないっぽい？
久々の焼肉、美味しい。柔らかい。
炙るときの肉の香り、少しついたお焦げの香ばしさ、熱を加えることでほどよく脂の落ちた食味、良いですね。
タレは２種類、いずれも奇をてらわない温和しい味付け。
ミックスグリルはミニハンバーグとソーセージ、チキンの構成。
残念なことに、今日は骨付きソーセージが終売してしまい、普通のソーセージでの提供と。
連れ曰く、ソーセージはシャウエッセン的で普通、ハンバーグは肉がぎゅうっと詰まった感じで中々美味しい。
空腹な連れがパクパクと高速で食べ進むので、つられてあっと言う間に完食。
美味しい時間はあっけなく過ぎていきます。
