場所は伊勢崎市の辺り
連れてきて頂いたのと土地勘が無いので

人気店で開店とタイミング良く同時に入店したが
１０分ほどで満席状態
お勧めの“塩”を頼んだよ
１０分ほどで提供される。
塩は丸くは無いが刺さる感じでもなく
正に良い塩梅！
地鶏の美味さとバランスが
良いのであろうなぁ〜
個人的には野菜系のほのかな甘さが
紛れ込むと良いと思うが
美味いスープであるな！
麺はどちらかというと
さっくりタイプ
大盛で＋100円は
(ベースの塩ラーメンも７５０円)
いいですね～！
チャーシューがホロホロ
コンビーフの肉の繊維がほどける感じ？
コイツは美味い！
何でも店主は地鶏ラーメン研究会
出身とのことで
北関東をメインに暖簾分け店が
あるみたいですね
