近くに来ると寄りたくなる祥秀さん。
麺、スープ、チャーシューと全部が美味しいです。
今日は初めて限定塩バターをお願いしました。
ただ、北海道の銘品倉島バターを使用しているんですけど、スープに溶かすと、それが分かりにくくなっちゃいますね笑

セットでお腹一杯です!

つい先日来て、美味しかったのでリピートしちゃいました。
先日は「セット」の存在を知らなかったので、今回はセットにしてみました。塩バター(これは先日と同じ)に地鶏の卵かけごはんをお願いしました。これで1,000円丁度。ごはんの量はまあまあ多いし、地鶏の卵がとても美味しいです。私はラーメンのチャーシューとスープを残して、チャーシューを卵かけごはんに投入。
スープを飲みながらチャーシューが乗った卵かけごはんをいただきました!これ最高!
ところでカウンターの照明が暗すぎて、暗闇で食べてるような感じになるのは減点対象かなぁ。

駐車場は立ち往生しそうになった

平日の12:20頃に入店。
ここの駐車場は歪な形なので、車庫入れが苦手な人は入れる場所(左の奥の方)によっては苦戦するかも。
そこそこ混んでいましたけど、待ちは無しでした。
お水はセルフサービス。食券ではなく直接注文するスタイルです。メニュー上段が塩ラーメンだったので、それが売りだなと、塩バターラーメンをオーダーしました。
鶏の澄んだスープに手打ち硬めの細麺。バターの香りが程よく絡んで完成度が高いです。
特筆すべきはチャーシュー。角煮のように分厚く、口の中でホロホロと崩れる食感。最高ですよ!
