美味しい中華が食べたくて、久しぶりに伺って来ました。
群馬県太田市にある「関琳」さん♪
本格的な中華がいただけると評判のお店です。
いつもの如く、開店前に到着！
開店と同時に相方と2人で入店です♪
店内は、私たちを含めて3組6名。
この時点で、早々にランチ終了の看板が外に掲げられます！
テイクアウトのお客さんが多いのでしょうか♪
伺うときは、確認された方がよろしいかと。
この日にお願いしたのは、
★関琳オリジナル四川風つけ麺 1,200円
★海鮮レタス炒飯（＋ランチセット） 1,200円
★台湾カステラ 100円×2

注文から10分ほどで配膳！
◇関琳オリジナル四川風つけ麺
麺は冷麺で使われているものに近いです。
コシが強く、ツルッとして喉ごしが良いです♪
つけ汁は、四川らしく花山椒が効いた痺れるような辛さがあります。
具材は挽肉・白菜・葱・ニラなどで、挽肉と白菜が多め！
味わいは、四川麻婆に近くピリッとした辛さがあり美味しい♪
最後は、残ったつけ汁に半ライスを投入して食べます。
こちらも、ピリ辛で美味しい♪
◇海鮮レタス炒飯（＋ランチセット）
こちらは、塩味がほどよく効いた優しい味わいです。
具材はレタス・イカ・エビ・椎茸・玉子など。
シャキっとしたレタスの食感が楽しい♪
◇台湾カステラ
相方が食べたことないと言うので♪
ふわっとした食感が楽しめます。
相方「甘すぎないのが美味しい」と。
