本日はお昼のランチで、太田市の月の都さんにお伺いしました。
いただいたのは、牛タン定食1300円です。
ライスが大盛無料の為、大盛にしました。
サービスのドリンクは、果汁100％のグレープフルーツをセレクトしました。
店内は暗めで、半個室のような造りです。
静かなBGMが流れていて、落ち着いた雰囲気の中で食事を取る事が出来ます。
牛タン定食
既に焼かれた状態の牛タンが、ご飯の上にONされて出て来ます。
価格の関係もあるので、仕方ありませんが牛タンは薄めです(笑)
まぁきちんとしたお味噌汁・とろろ・自家製さつま揚げ・豆腐・サラダ・漬物・ドリンクサービス・ご飯大盛無料ですので、それぞれの質を考えればこれ以上は求められません(笑)
ただ気になるのはお肉の焼きが強く塩味がきつめな事と、味が物によってぶれるところです。
相方の牛カルビ定食も少しいただきましたが、焼きがやはり強めでした。
もう少し素材感を、出して欲しいと感じました。

またこれだけしっかり焼くテイストであれば、提供前に焼き加減をお客様に聞く方が良いと思います。
個人的には、牛カルビ定食の方がオススメです。
どうしても牛タンが食べたければ、別ですが…(笑)
上に挙げたような問題点がクリアされれば、落ち着いた食事が可能ですし、かなり良いお店かと思います。
