12時10分前ぐらいに到着。先客一名。
ボードメニューから牛すじ煮定食790円
単品でマグロの刺身800円をシェアー
まずはマグロが早速到着。2切れずつ食べてる間に
牛すじ煮定食がサーブされる。
醤油ラーメン・牛すじ・サラダ・お新香・ライス
このセットで７９０円はリーズナブル。
醤油ラーメンはノスタルジー系のガラ・香味野菜の出汁に化学調味料が程良く効いたスープ。中細の少し縮れた麺。胡椒があうタイプのラーメン。
牛すじはトロトロでご飯に合う甘味とアブラが憎い味付け。
マグロはメバチマグロと思われ8切れ。
これ絶対うまいやつ。
ご飯のお供にも嬉しい組み合わせ。
普段使いには有り難い価格と味の店。
