予約時間にちょっと遅れて行くと、
先着の三名はすでに3杯目に突入し、
ちょうど「あぶり焼きの盛り込み」が届き炭火で焼き始めたところ。
魚貝や野菜数種類の中に串刺しの海老があり、
軽くあぶったところで「頭から殻ごと」と勧められました。
素揚げし味噌漬けという「一仕事」に感心しつつ、
お通しを一口。あ、良い料理店に巡り会ったと感じました。
その後は肉や魚をあれこれ頼み、
「時々手打ちします」という蕎麦が上がり。
