２回目の訪問。
誰にも教えたくない、一見通り過ぎてしまうような飲み屋さん。見た目と味へのこだわりがすごい！！

今回も1人5000円のコース(飲み物代は別)で、家族の還暦のお祝いをしました。両親もお気に入りのお店です。

写真にある野菜たちは、店員さんが１つひとつ丁寧に網で焼いて出してくれます。
器や盛り付けも素敵で、素材や鮮度も抜群！
太田でこんなレベルの高いお店があったんだ(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)！と驚きます。

お酒もこだわっているし、なにより出てくるお料理のセンスが良くて、全て手が込んでいて美味しすぎる。
居心地も良くて、家族でまた来たい素晴らしいおもてなしのお店です。
高いけど、それ以上の価値がある。一入や、庭〜cuisine照蔵もなかなか美味しいけど、張海はその上を行ってますね。
この日も数々の豪華なコースにお腹いっぱいで大満足！
個人的に、胡麻豆腐と焼きたてじゃがいもとカニと手作りキウイシャーベットが最高に美味しかったです。てか、全部が美味しすぎました。


味や雰囲気にこだわる方にはすっごーくオススメ。
東京の老舗高級割烹料理店のようなレベル。
でも、穴場なのでなんかあまり広めて欲しくない気もするんだなぁ。(笑)
