前々から友人との話しに出てきたので行ってみました。
料理はコースが3000円から500円刻み
単品の値段と見比べるとコースの方が無難かな？
と思いつつ最近量も食べられないので単品づつで頼んでみました。
刺し盛り
掛け値なしに美味い。鰹も鮪も熟成させてあって香りも食感も良かった。ただ鮪が若干冷え過ぎてたかな？とちょっと感じた。
のどぐろ塩焼き
絶品！ホロホロです、皮の焼き目も抜群。
身の甘みと皮の香ばしさの調和が最高！
焼き盛り合わせ
大振りの蟹脚二本、ボリューム満点。
鯵の干物もお店仕込みだそうで美味しかった。
料理全般が太田じゃ中々食べられないレベルでコスパは抜群ですね。
行ったのは月曜だったんですが、常連さんも多いらしく席は常に満員。
めがねとしては色々聞きたい派なので、お忙しそうでお話が聞けなかったのが残念。
次回はコースで頼んでみようと思いました。
始めての方はお値段的にもコースの方が無難かも
しかし、太田でこの値段でこんな美味しいお魚が食べられるとは感激でした。
