11:30の開店だが10分前の11:20に到着。
名簿に名前を書いて店前で待機。
昼は豚丼、夜は居酒屋みたいで店内は手書きのメニューが壁一面にびっしり。
開店待ちの間にさらに一組来店。
なかなか人気店のよう。
注文は、
豚丼（竹） 1000円
みそ汁、お新香 100円
注文すると店員さんが「美味しく焼いています」と一言。
まさに居酒屋のノリ。
注文から10分程で着丼。
一口食べると炭火焼の香ばしい香りがたまらない。
よくある豚丼と比べるとタレの味が弱め。
だが食べ進めていくとこのくらいがちょうどいいと感じる。
この手の丼物にある後半に飽きてしまうということがない。
卓上調味料は、一味唐辛子、七味唐辛子、花椒。
炭火焼の香りと花椒の相性が非常に良い。
個人的に一味と七味が両方置いてあることもポイントが高い。
ボリューム的にも大満足。
これはリピート確定。
