客先訪問の後、ちょうど昼時だったので、近所のランチで検索&ヒット。
今時のラーメンにしては珍しい、一切脂っ気のない清湯スープ。最後の一滴まで飲み干した。
麺は自家製手打ち麺、ツルツル/シコシコでこれも絶品級。
是非また行きたい。ご馳走様でした。
