Chilled Chinese food is 750 yen. I was surprised when I got the rice bowl (；▽；)ノ It was served cold on a flat plate, but it was served in a bowl (≧∇≦) Moreover, the portion was large, about the size of a large serving at a normal restaurant. However, the noodles are delicious (≧∇≦).I also soaked them in cold water, so they have sharp edges and are very chewy. Hand-made, the noodles are thick and chewy, making them easy to swallow. Chilled Chinese soup is average. Salty, sour, and sweet tastes are also normal. Would it be more unique if one of them had a little more of an accent? This is the 11th stamp rally. I originally thought it was hiyashi chuka, but since it is served in the same bowl as Ramen (-｡-; I ordered the Tamichan Ramen. The bowl is flat and shallow like a basin. Just by looking at it, I was full. Yo(^◇^;) The characteristic is that the soup has sesame oil added to it, giving it a nostalgic "Demae Ichicho" taste.There are a lot of green onions.There are also a lot of white-haired green onions that have become the same as the noodles, so you will have to chew them a lot.That's all.
