オープンして1か月ほど、混んでるかもと心配しながら伺ってきました。
群馬県館林市にある「ラーメン おと」さん♪
今のところは、タンメン専門で提供されているお店となります。
駐車場は店舗の南側に6台分ほど確保されています。
共同の駐車場で、停められる場所が決まっているので注意が必要です。
看板に停められる場所が記載されています。
注文は券売機で発券して店員さんに手渡すシステム！
この日にお願いしたのは、
★タンメン醤油 850円
★タンメン塩 850円
（いずれも税込価格）
タンメンは醤油・塩・味噌と3種類あります。
それぞれに辛いバージョンもありました♪
タンメンの具材は、キャベツ・もやし・玉ねぎ・人参・ニラ・木耳など。
そのほかにチャーシュー・蒲鉾なども入っています。
野菜は強火で軽く炒めたようで、シャキシャキ食感が残っていて美味しい♪
ボリュームもあるので食べ応えもあります。
麺は長崎ちゃんぽんのような、中太の丸いストレート麺です。
スープは塩味が強めですが、風味はあっさりとしています。
ただし、野菜が薄味なのでスープと一緒にいただくと、スープの塩味が中和されました。
塩の方が醤油よりも、あっさりとした味わいなので好みで選べばよろしいかと♪
今日も美味しいランチをいただきました。
