築２００年の古民家の蕎麦屋さんで、落ち着いた雰囲で期待したくなります。
蕎麦は、地粉を中心に、北海道や栃木産の蕎麦粉も使っているようで、自家石臼挽き製粉しているそうです。
そして三たてにこだわって作っているとお店の案内に書かれてありました。
今回は、おろし大根そばを頂きました。
かなり細い蕎麦はやや柔らかめ・・・
汁はピンとくる甘辛目のいい味。
惜しい！
でも気持ちの良いサービス、暑いときの紫蘇ジュースが美味しかったです。
それに次期女将の訓練中？のかわいい女の子のお手伝いが頼もしかったです。
