ツーリング途中に目星をつけておいた此方に。
上州豚の良い所は偽物が無い事。数多のブランド豚は偽物だらけで、店が嘘をついているのか卸屋がそうなのかはわからないが、味のある豚肉は本当に減った。
そんな中そうブランドイメージがあるわけではない上州豚。とんかつは昭和の美味いトンカツ屋の揚げ方。私は嫌いじゃない。ご飯もジャー臭く無く及第点。ロース1800円はバリュー。
味噌汁、付け合わせは悪い意味で昭和ながら長く続いている良店なのだろう。マニアには足りないかもだが普通なら大方の人が満足すると思う。
油はラードでない為物足りない向きもいるとあいると思うがパン粉、油いずれも吟味されてるよう。
大きさも今では少食の私が超腹パン。
普通の人ならちょうど良い量かと。
湯葉刺しも美味かった。
接客はもう少し頑張りましょう。
ホールのおばちゃん無愛想にも程がある。
