古民家の創作和食のお店行こうと思ったら、完全予約制で断念。
寿司博士が沼田でも寿司が食べたいと。
これはもはや、寿司屋のマーキングですね 笑

サービスいいですね♪
ランチのお安いにぎりと、単品のにぎりって、やっぱりネタも違います。
特に穴子は顕著。
勉強になります。
小鉢のひとつに、数の子を緑に色付けて固めてサイコロ状にカットしたような食感のものがあり、
アボカドか何かかと思って食べたので、食感が予想と違ってて興味深かったです。
