正油ラーメンと半チャーハンのセットを頼みました。
正油ラーメンの麺は中細の縮れ麺で、茹で加減は柔らかめで、昔ながらの中華麺といった印象で、スープには適度に絡んで、香りは普通でした。
スープは鶏ガラ系の醤油味で、胡椒が効いていましたが薄めだったのが残念で、深みもあまりなく、個人的には物足りない感じがしました。
トッピングのチャーシューは柔らかくて美味しく、メンマは味付けが薄めでラーメンにはあっていて、ナルトは普通で、薬味の量は少なめでした。
半チャーハンはパラパラ感は普通で、塩加減も良く、家庭的な感じでした。
大根サラダはドレッシングがかかっていて良かったです。
