職場でこちらの和風おろしカツが美味しいとの評判を聞きまして
ランチ、沼田遠征です。
日曜日、気合い入れて、10時半過ぎに前橋を出発、高速乗ったら11時に沼田ＩＣに・・・・
11時半開店となっています。
ちょい北上し、横坂製麺 http://www.kannet.ne.jp/katashinasoba/ で生うどんと生ラーメンを購入。
それでも11時15分には「みよし」に到着。
ご主人がお店正面の駐車場の雪かきをされています・・・
車内で待っていると、
雪かきを終えたご主人、
「どうぞ・・・・」と
店内に案内してくれました。
窓際のテーブル席に着席し、
「和風おろしカツ定食（カツ3枚） 1650円、 同（2枚） 1350円」を注文。
「♪ ・・・・ あの夏のぉ～～日が なかぁったらぁ～～～ 楽しい日々が 続いたのぉにぃ～～・・・・・ ♪」
店内、ＢＧＭは アリス です・・・・・ 谷村新司です・・・・・・ （曲名は秋止符）
しぶい・・・・・
ご主人がファンなのでしょうか・・・・・
いつの間にか口ずさんでいる自分がいます・・・・・
10分ほど待っていると（その間のＢＧＭはアリス・・・）、和風おろしカツ定食登場・・・・・
すごい量の大根おろしがカツの上に乗っています・・・
っていうか、カツが全く見えません・・・・
ふわっふわの大根おろし・・・・
大根おろしの雪の中をかき分けて・・・・ お肉に到達。
これだけ大根おろしがかかっていると、カツの衣がびしょびしょに・・・・・？？？
サクサクです・・・・
旨い！！！
おろしがふわふわ、中がサクサク、お肉は柔らかく・・・・
さすがに時間がたつと衣におろしがしみこんでしんなりしてきますが、それもまたいい・・・・
おろしのおかげでペロッといただいてしまいました・・・・
奥様もやさしく、
いい雰囲気のお店でした・・・
ごちそうさまででした・・・・・・・・
