水上からの帰りにうなぎが食べたくなりこちらに、
昼間はのれんが出ているのだが店内の電気は消えていて
あれ？一瞬やっていないのかと？
声をかけたら中から女将の声がして無事入店。
うなぎは2種類あって鰻重（1800円）とうなぎ定食（900円）
折角なので鰻重をお願いしてしばらく運ばれて来た、お重を空けたら
見た感じ一瞬嫌な感じを覚えた、たれの香りが良くないのだ醤油くさい感じと
鰻の臭みを感じた、やばいなと思いつつ口に一口やっぱりだった鰻の臭みが
とてもきつく手に着いたたれまでくさい。
処理が悪いのか古いのかわからないが、空腹にかまけてとにかく放り込んだ。
ずっと臭みがまとわりつきたまらない。 魚の身は厚く調理の仕方も良く無いのだろうか
やたら皮がまとわりつくので歯でちぎりながら食した。
他の料理は知らないが鰻のかんばんを掲げるのならばもう少し勉強をしてもらいたい。
