JR沼田駅から少し離れたところ、関越道沼田インターチェンジ近くに拉麺屋さんはあります。
【利用時間と店舗】
今回は平日の18時過ぎ、職場の同僚と利用です。
店内に入ると半個室のテーブル席に案内され着座です。その店内はちょっと懐かしい居酒屋さん風の作りです。
【味噌ラーメン】
スープ：ラードで覆われた熱々のスープ。ベースのブロスは豚骨ですかね。そしてカエシの赤味噌は塩気が強く感じます。
んんー、濃厚こってり、熱々のスープは冷えた体を温めてくれ、老若男女が好む味です。
麺：縮れ中太麺はもっちりした食感です。
トッピング：チャーシューは固めな歯応えです。
シャキッと炒めたモヤシや味玉も美味しいです。

【最後に】
ここの拉麺屋さん。実は酒屋さんも営んでます。その酒屋での地酒、ワインの多さに驚き。
今回、拉麺を食べた後、お隣の酒屋さんで、店主ソムリエがおすすめする地酒でしか買えない地酒を購入しました。その味は雑味がなく飲みやすい地酒に感動です。
拉麺も美味しいが地酒も買える拉麺屋さんにご馳走様でした^ ^
