Located right next to Numata Interchange! Before heading to a tourist spot, or on your way home, be sure to try our miso ramen made with our secret recipe miso.
Immediately after exiting the Numata IC. I pursued Ramen to take a breather, and the answer I arrived at was "miso ramen". We offer a variety of carefully crafted Ramen, including the one and only "Mi |
202205 (Mon) 13:00 Gunma, Numata I decided to have lunch after getting off at Numata Interchange on the Kanetsu Expressway, so I drove aimlessly and popped into this restaurant near the Numata Police Station. I had no prior information, but when I looked at the menu, I saw that it was "rich miso recommended," so I ordered as recommended. Rich Miso Ramen 950 yen (tax included) The miso ramen, which was served in about 10 minutes, was made near Lake Shikotsu in Hokkaido, and the soup was made with miso that was aged as it was, giving off a mellow aroma. The soup was rich, but had a refreshing aftertaste and was full of flavor. The bean sprouts on top had a pleasant crunchy texture, and miso ramen and bean sprouts are the perfect partner. The noodles were medium-thick, curly Ramen with a chewy texture that perfectly captured the rich miso flavor. I had to decline the free service of "freshly grated garlic" because I had a meeting after this, but I think this miso soup would be even more delicious if you add "grated garlic", so I recommend it to those who don't mind. Thank you for the meal.
