天然酵母のパン屋さんで
老夫婦が営んでいるお店(o^^o)
蔵を改装した佇まいで
イートインスペースもあり
店内はかなり広々としている❗️
パンの種類も豊富にあり
購入して、一番奥のトースターで
温めて食べる事も可能(*´꒳`*)
パン屋さんですが
時間帯もあり
今回は、ホワイトベリー・栗大福を
購入してその場で実食(@￣ρ￣@)
【ホワイトベリー】
どら焼きの皮に
硬めの生クリームと苺をサンド
どら焼きの皮も生クリームも
かなり甘さを控えてあって
苺の甘さと酸味、香りが活かされていて
サッパリと美味しくいただけます♪
【栗大福】
しっとりとしたこし餡に
大粒の栗が一個丸々入っていて
餅は薄めで柔らかく
それでも食感は残しつつ
しっとりとしたこし餡は
こちらも甘さ控えめ
栗はホクホクとして円やかな甘味で
トータルで素材の味を生かした美味しさが味わえます♪
おじいさん・おばあさんも
人情味溢れる方で
ちょっとしたお話もしてくれて
立ち寄ると心温まるお店ですねっ♬
昔ながらのお店って感じで
