2016年6月4日。
四万温泉からこの日の宿に移動する途中で、高山村に
ある道の駅『中山盆地』に寄っていくことにしました。
此方の道の駅、温泉施設が併設されていて、コテージ
も隣接しているそう。ただ今回は時間がなかったので、
農産物・加工品コーナーの利用になります♪
高山村の特産品は何かないかね〜？と店内を物色して
いると、、、高山村のブランド米「月あかね」や蕎麦
がプッシュされていたような？
この他に「高山名物・みそじり焼」ってのを発見した
ので、コレを買って帰る事にしました。3枚 250円
群馬の郷土料理で「じり焼き」というものがあるそう
なので、コレがベースになるのかな？
見た目は「ミニお好み焼き」みたいな感じ？原材料は
小麦粉・手作りみそ・ふきのとう・砂糖・重曹・BP・
唐辛子・油と書かれていました。
持ち帰って温めなおして頂いたのですが、やわらかめ
な生地でやっぱしお好み焼きとかチヂミに近い感じ。
唐辛子も入ってるみたいですが、辛くなかったです♪
そのまま頂いてもいいと思うのですが、ちょっと薄味
に感じたので、ついついソースかけちゃいましたｗ
関西人の粉もんに対する習慣がｗ
（ちなみに最後の1枚はポン酢を使いましたｗ）
