道の駅のレストランへ。
メニューは定番のおうどんやカツ、ラーメンなど。
私はソースカツ丼を注文。
素材は地元のを使用してるとのことだが
カツは成型肉と思われる。残念。
しかし、白飯の美味しさは素晴らしい。
玄米で仕入れ毎日精米してるとか。
水加減も絶妙で、お米一粒一粒がしっかり旨味を蓄えてる。私的には、ぜひ、塩にぎりをメニューに加えて欲しいと思う。
