沼田で食べログNo.1のお店(2023年8月3日3.55)。平日12時26分訪問。待ち人1名。暑いので店内で待たせて頂けます。5分位で着席出来ました。

小麻婆と小ライス(500円)
待っている時間にメニューに書いてある料理の説明を書いてみました。
清湯スープ
豚ガラと鶏ガラはオーブンで焼く！！

高級昆布や4種類をブレンドした鰹節、孵り(かえり)煮干しなどの3種類の煮干しで旨味UP！！
生姜、ニンニク、ネギ、玉ねぎを焦がした油で仕上げています。
醤油
「関ヶ原のたまり］をはじめとする高級なお醤油を4種類ブレンド！！ナンプラーも足して旨味を追求しています。
ネギ油
お醤油との相性抜群！！
隠し味はバターです。
実食
中華そば
麺は美味しいです。
チャーシューは普通。
味玉、美味しいです。
スープ、かなり良い味が出ていて美味しいです。ただ、スープの量がだいぶ少ないのがマイナス点です。
麻婆豆腐
山椒、豆板醤を効かせていますが、アレンジし過ぎで美味しくありません。
自分の好みではありません。
本格的な麻婆豆腐を期待するなら注文しない方が宜しいかと思います。
中華そばのスープのレベルはかなり良いので、スープが少ないのが本当にかなり残念でした。
たまたまスープが少なかったのかな〜。機会があればまた再訪したいと思います。
