望郷ラインをドライブ中、湯の舟食堂さんに寄りました。
まだ他の車が無く入りつらい雰囲気がある店構えです。
11時半頃入店、先客無し、後客4組。
ほるカラ定食を頼みます。
5分ほどで着丼。
普通のほるもんと辛味ほるもんが半々で載っています。
メニューでは普通味が1人前と辛味が半人前でしたが2人前?です。
ご飯は多めです、300g程度有りそうです。
わかめスープでは無く、わかめの味噌汁ですが、どことなく韓国風に感じます。
ほるもんは、いろんな部位が入っていて食感が楽しめます。
辛味の方も種類がありますが、辛さがまちまちです。
つけタレは醤油ベースで特に何か入っているかわからないですが、濃く美味しいです。
今度はロースにしようかな?
