関越自動車道の赤城高原サービスエリア上りにあるイタリア料理店。これが高崎パスタ…シャンゴ風パスタなる看板が目に入り、小腹も減ったので入店してみた。
注文したのはシャンゴ風パスタのМサイズ(￥1,350)
着丼まで15分ほど。
おいでなすったのはパスタの上にトンカツとミートソースが乗っている何ともジャンクな見た目の一品。でも実に旨そうである。
Мサイズだがかなり量はある。
厚くはないがサクサクのトンカツ。ミートソースは意外とコクがある。パスタを頂いて思った懐かしい感じは、そっか、給食のソフト麺だ！
この組み合わせだから普通に美味しいんだけど、ご当地のＢ級グルメだね、これは。でも、これはこれで良いんじゃないの。
